If you ever needed another reason to visit Cleveland... How about fig-infused Makers Mark, vermouth, fig reduction syrup - hand-stirred, then garnished with brûléed bacon. You can have it at Crop Bistro. absolutely worth a visit... and walking distance from Great Lakes Brewery!

Made it to CLT. Only minor screaming/kicking fom the kid. Earplugs proved to be worth their weight in gold.

Two things that are in my backpack whether I am travelling or not: earplugs and eye shades. Both have come in handy in situations that I never expected to need them.

I refuse to bite and reply to the million miler thread on here. It wasn't worth it on FT, and it sure as heck won't be worth it on here.

Meanwhile, my all time favorite flavor of ice cream was Starbuck's coffee almond fudge. A good deal of my present condition is due to that. They stopped making it. :-(, but much better for my longevity.

When I did the trip I booked HNL as the destination and not PHX.

The reservations system sees OGG as the destination/turn point, but the SDC is based on the fare break which is at PHX so I lost. No real surprise, but it was worth a try.
