GG DISLOYALTY does not apply because I followed Teh Box booking order of preference. UA does not have seats available in the needed timeframe at a competitive price, so I went to the next relevant carrier in the booking preference list, US.

I have 35000 Flexible EQMs that technically could have been applied to my account up to and including March 30th, and would count for my MM status for 2011. I sent in a request in early March to have this done, as I did not realize that benefit had gone away with the "new MileagePlus". However, I didn't hear anything back, despite sending two requests for contact.

So, in essence, those 35000 FEQMs are totally worthless to me now, as they don't count towards MM status, and don't count towards 1K. I guess they will sit there until I need them to get me to Platinum in a year that I know I will not make 1K regardless.

So, so frustrating. I could be 35k closed to MM, but .....
