Yes, didn't we just leave that key in the car's ignition at a couple of stops along the way from Corpus Christi to Victoria, too?
The price point is not really very high and all that seems to be necessary is that one thinks that what he is bringing is tasteful.
That has always deterred me from going, I have no problem spending $$ on wine, but the way the thread reads always rubs me the wrong way.
Not only will I pour you one, I will drink it for you.
Here's a Mai Tai for everyone from the Moorea Hilton!
+1. And for that I am monumentally pi$$ed.
No, you will have to fly 65k to make up for the 15k. The 15k do not count. Sooooooo frustrating.
I'll do you the return favor when I get there.
That is my understanding too. No,FEQMs can be counted towards 1K status.
Kind of stupid.
As long as you regularly change out the squirrels under the hood with fresh ones and grease their hamster-wheels, a FIAT will run forever.
Need to find the boots ("bring luggage in from the car") so I can mow the lawn - looks like batman after 9 days away.
So in other words, the FEQMs can be used to get you up the ladder quicker for earlier stages of the 1K qual, but that last jump is farther because the FEQMs don't count?
That might actually be useful if one weren't already a 1K, but seems of zero value if one were.
Okay time to go kayak around a little bit and enjoy my last three hours here in Moorea before heading back to Papeete then I'd have about 5 hours to kill before my flight to Auckland at 1AM.
Does anyone know to what this pertains: "Status match and the AA club promotion within several weeks tells me AA is a lot more serious about gaining and keeping new fliers than CO."
I tried TOBB's search, but came up (recent thread) empty.
At the risk of being indelicate, when and where is your Grandfather's funeral?
Forever...I guess you're meaning this as an EXTREME figure of speech.
There will be two Memorial services, one in Florida (Tomorrow) that I won't be able to make (I am pretty bummed out that my Uncles decided on this without telling me until earlier this morning because they thought it was okay to). The second one will be in New York in late June that I will be attending for sure after one of my Uncle's Wedding... Oy Vey!
Most of us there enjoy good wine but are far from wine sophisticates, despite the posturing from a select few.
No fair! I want to drink it!
One of the reasons my friend who died in February is having her memorial in June is because that was the first time all the family could actually be there. (For most of them, it's about 5k airmiles from home, and they're not the travelers that my friend was.)
You really tried to move heaven and earth to get back ASAP, too, so I think they should have waited, but that's just my opinion.
Really? I thought they were found on the side of the road or being towed by a hipster on a fixie
