You mean the in-flight base manager? There's several supervisors at each crew base and I know quite a few of them at Dulles, they're all rather pleasant if you don't get on their bad side.

I have although my equipment type was E175 on EYW-FLL in 2006, it's a fun airport to fly out of for sure.

It would have been nice to know that existing reservations were going to count towards the UA 25k RDM promo even though the T&Cs said they would not. I already got 15k of the 25k bonus miles so I really only needed to do 2 intra-TX trips instead of 5. I could have saved over $300.

Thanks for your opinions . I think will go after the Chase Sapphire when they have another promotion. This gives me the flexibility to use the miles on Avios or United or Korean or WN , and gives me some flexibility if an airline decides to 'SkyPeso ' the program. Now to wait for a better Chase offer (they are only offering 40k).
