They turned the fog machine on in the cabin when I landed at PHL today. I've never seen this much mist coming out of the vents on a humid day

Looks like good ac, at work when we open our freezer it looks like agiant fog machine. As the air temps are about 100degrees difference. -20 to 80 and humid.

I tend to do this already, primarily to give flexibility on taking VDBs. Then again, I find nothing wrong with changing hotels three times in a week if the price/award redemptions are right.

Well I did get my points back for the canceled night at the Park Hyatt SYD, but it was a night lost there.

The problem with going to OZ (or someplace far-far away) is you want to get into a room early and last time I prepaid to get an early check-in. If I plan on staying a really nice place I would be livid if I missed a day.

Hmm so according to tobb o get precheck your name should match totally, including middle. If I add my middle name to res I loose E+ on some IAH<>SFO trips as the update seems to trigger a harder look and autosweep my silver self out of my seat.

Ouch the newly renovated Park Hyatt SYD is much nicer than the Hilton SFO (even though I rather like that Hilton). Glad you got your points back.

Hope you get to spend all the remaining nights there - the hotel was fantastic even before the renovations (at least my suite was).

Actual last day is the 15th. For now I'm "working" from home. . I might go in every now and again, but for now just closing stuff out. As odd as this whole situation is, I still have no desire to burn bridges.

Hope not -- she appeared to be OK when she got home (at the same time as me). She has a C-section scheduled for the 20th.

Is this #3 or did were the kids you were taking care of a collection she acquired?
