This morning's 7a.m. SFO-JFK : scrambled eggs with cream cheese and chives served with apple smoked bacon, diced potato hash and Boursin sauce. Delicious! Also a photo of the Archos video unit (power ports working fine in first).

On last night's JFK-LHR, Curried Shrimp and Scallops: seared shrimp and scallops accompanied by an East Indian curry sauce, served with aromatic jasmine rice and vegetable rataouille. A signature Cindy Hutson item and it was delicious with a variety of flavors. Passenger next to me had the same dish and really enjoyed it, too. Other entrees were Caribbean Crusted Beef, Boursin Cheese Stuffed Chicken, and Garden Lasagna.

I'll look forward to seeing you contribute those photos here.

Chateaubriand with mushroom sauce on today's BRU-ORD (may not look like a lot of food but there was a huge salad served prior and a roast beef and mozzarella cheese appetizer (those are linked below and not posted here)



Or you could have had the Shrimp and Scallops Provencal that my friend across the aisle took a photo of for me:



Other options were Foei Gras Stuffed Chicken or Pecorino Gnocchi.

Tom I had this same dish ORD-LHR last week on my way to HEL and you're correct, it was probably one of the best dishes I've had in awhile. Was thinking of posting the picture but you beat me to it.

Interesting the best AA meal I had was also a shrimp dish on ORD-DEL.

Not *fancy* like most of the other pictures, but these are from my flight in Y on MAN-ORD on 2/22 -

Pre-lunch beverage service and snack, which were nacho cheese flavored crisps:



Lunch meal was the ravioli with a side salad (caesar dressing provided), cheese and crackers, a decent roll, and some delicious coconut & orange cookies (or biscuits as they were labeled):




Pre-arrival snack was in a prepackaged box that I've never seen before. Are these new? I don't fly coach often, so maybe these are common place? Sorry, I didn't get a snap of the box opened. Turkey sandwich and some chips:

Just had a nice salad and turkey sandwich in the Flagship Lounge at ORD. There's also chicken gumbo soup and a variety of fresh fruit (strawberries, pineapple, grapes). Had an hour delay on my SFO-ORD due to ATC in ORD. Lots of delayed and canceled flights on the monitors here.

Hot food came out at 4pm. They had some mini-pizzas, broccoli, sausage, scallops wrapped in bacon, chicken kebabs, and samosas, as well as salad and cold veggies.

Here's a shot of the Great Wall of China from my PEK-ORD flight. The captain said we received special permission to make a little detour and fly over it.

On that same PEK-ORD flight, the purser added a few special touched to the F lavatories:

Actually, when I took the PEK-ORD flight last month we also flew over the great wall (my pictures aren't as nice because it was too hazy)... so maybe the captain was exaggerating the "special permission" aspect of it?

Well, I wondered. My previous trip out of PEK was on a Chinese airline to HKG, and it for sure did not go over the wall.
