    When I was there, we were trying to get a photo of 5 on a bike but never saw it :)

    only with savings or cheque accounts on a card, our capture system charges a merchant fee on all credit cards unlike the bigger post office outlets. As some of the bills paid are for large amounts the merchant fee would be higher than our commission and we do not allow such charges.
