understood, i was jesting about the oven and fryers, but the microwave to heat items in plastic bags, doesn't require ventilation, no mess, clean solution, would people buy instant coffee or tea, you cld just put an urn in boiling water, good margin, or even those percolated/filter style individual coffee style product you sit on the cup and pour the water over
