Yup, I've chickened out.. Don't want to be stranded in LON (or have a 10 hour return trip), so I've tried to get a EB- ticket. CPH-BGO is confirmed but I'm still waiting to see if Blue1 is willing to release a seat for me. Fingers crossed!

What about deciding a meeting point where we can gather before going to the SAS-bus?
I suggest a simple solution, like the café just outside the international arrival in T5 (in the arrival hall).
The name of the place is Grand Café Stockholm and it's very easy to find, right after you pass the customs in T5. For those arriving from the STO area or other terminals, head for the lower floor of T5. This place is also very close to the buses.

I am sure there will be people there from 8AM. At 9.15 we should head for the SAS bus.

Is the "Drinks at Jumbohostel" still a part of the plan? I'm staying there Thursday night, and if so, I'll hopefully be able to leave my luggage there until after the SAS-program.

BTW. When can we see a finalized program? Getting excited now!

No firm confirmation yet, carelia have been mentioned. What we need is a restaurant that will accept 18 people a la carte orders and not a set menu.

Here's some info about saturday!

After landing in HEL, we'll proceed to T1 arrivals where Yvonne will meet us. This is also the meeting point for everyone not arriving on the partyflight.
From there we'll proceed to Blue1 HQ where we can leave our bags. Then it's off to the hangar to muck around for a couple of hours Lunch is served at Blue1 offices, where we'll have a short Q&A. The bus transfer to the hotel is set to leave at 16:00, where we should arrive approx half an hour later. I'll book a restaurant from 19 on saturday evening, will announce later today.

As i said MP001 is scheduled for 16:00, and the price will be 5€ per person. Payment options are as follows:

I was lucky enough to get one of the spaces that opened up at the last minute, so I'll be on the 08:30 from OSL tomorrow morning. Will only attent the events in Stockholm though (flying back Saturday). Anyone else on the 08:30 tomorrow?
