We have an Australian kettle. It works very well.
is that even possible in our society to stay off airways during the election season?
I've been watching half-heartedly after the first one or two which were fun for the nostalgic view of air travel and young women at that time. The story line is too soap-opera-like for my taste, as I tend to get confused and forget where we are in the story. It doesn't help that most of the PanAm FAs appear indistinguishable to me and I cannot remember names or keep track of who is the spy, etc.
Around me, yes. The device is the remote control. I can't switch channels fast enough as soon as I see or hear a politician.
Usually I just eat vegetarians.
It's Kiva acting like a rudimentary social network. I don't see the point, either.
Oooh, yes! I remember Skippy!
I still watch it. My first trip to Europe was on Pan Am and in my earlier years my roommate was a Pan Am FA.
It's a good bit of escapism.
Good morning to all
Morning? I'm just finishing up working and think it's bedtime. It's been a very long day.
I just got to work.. 18 minutes ago
Did anyone see the giant 27lb lobster caught off the coast of Maine?
I leave work in about 48 minutes.
Skippy is peanut butter, the manufactured kind.
Not good if you're watching how many minutes are left before you can leave.
I'm kind of getting confused with what is going on with the time zone in Oz. How is it you are not at work when I get up and you are not at work when I go to bed? Is the work day shrinking in Oz?
It's shrunk. Plus I'm on Qld time.
I watched all the free iTunes episodes. For the most part, it's a fun romp, even with some unrealistic moments. I really like the visual look of the show.
This does not mean a time zone, right?
I tried watching the ones ABC (?) made available for free on line, but even rewatching didn't really help much.
Good morning all.
good m/a/e everybody
Very slow start to what looks like it will be a rainy Friday here in DC. Glad I'm headed to Palm Springs in the am, but not looking forward to the slog through today to get there.
nothing more fun than etting on a plane when there is crappy weather and arriving in a city with nice weather! Safe travels.
