Is it a restaurant? I had the impression that it was just a bar with some interesting snack items on the menu.

Is the wine list different from the wine list for Tosca, the southern Italian fine dining restaurant on the other side of the floor?

They advertise it as a restaurant- There are tables everywhere, and I think they have a separate "restaurant menu" but I don't recall a whole lot to be honest, except being impressed with the food...
