I would expect we will see "creep" at the private lots. Signs the economy for some is greatly improving. I'm sure the lot is at quite high occupancy for this to occur.

I paid $48 for 1 day 16 hrs yesterday. It was just at the threshold where the RT in cabs would become cheaper. At $56 I would opt for the cab. Or for a private lot, of course, but yesterday's trip started with a 6am departure and I wanted to minimize the hassle and maximize the sleep, so I opted for the airport garage vs. Anza (my standard go-to place).

Not just that, but the after effects of having two off-airport lots close in the last two years or so (SMA and Fasttrack) reducing peak capacity. Was there anyone else that closed down?

I don't think so, but ParkSFO had cars lined up such that even all the entrance lanes were full of parked cars awaiting a space when I returned home a couple weeks ago, and I was the last car that didn't need to double park the last time I was at park'n'fly.

I only tonight noticed that you can now earn 50 miles per day at ParkSFO, deposited in 500 mile increments to either American or United. See http://www.parksfo.com/miles/index.html for more info.

When I fly to California, I fly into Riverside's Airport, very convenient and my niece pays a low parking price.

Riverside is quite a distance to be included in the SFO parking thread. Would be one long shuttle ride.
