Nope, these haven’t shown up for me either. I have the “Hyatt Card Suite Upgrade Award” section, but that’s only showing the 2 that came with the card. No other Suite Upgrade Awards section is showing. “Yet“, he wrote hopefully.

Didn't you say you didn't get your Diamond status yet? The suite upgrades won't show up before you get your Diamond status.

Not sure if you’re referring to me. If you are, I did initially write that I hadn’t received it and wondered if they were going alphabetically.

However, I checked again later in the day, and wrote, in #461 that I had received Diamond. I know it can be hard keeping track. And I’ve been a member of Gold Passport for enough years to know that I don’t get suite upgrade awards without being Diamond.

So, the point remains, after checking again this morning: as of this moment, I’ve received Diamond status but there’s nothing showing with the 4 suite upgrades that come with attaining that.

Did you go to "acct details" and then select my awards that should be on the left hand side of the screen?? That's where I found mine

mine doesnt have the subselection, just contact us underneath

You can get a fare card at the airport before you leave if you want -- depending on where you come in

and you just figure that when you buy the fare card -- put enough on it for the transfer

Will be coming in to Term 5 on the DO flight from MUC. Not convenient to go all the way over to the CTA station under Hilton to buy a fare card in advance.

My plan is to depart the hotel at 3:45pm. So first group that wants to get to the Hyatt around 5:15pm - a few minutes early - gather at 3:45pm. There will likely be a group at 4pm and also 4:15pm. After that you are likely on your own.

Also - I would not bother with a transfer fare. Just go to Jackson St and the connector tunnel is within CTA - so no outside transfer. To exit the system (blue line) and walk over to red line at street level at either Washington or Monroe just would not be convenient. Just as quick to go to Jackson and follow the crowd.

Yes, these 4 will expire end of Feb, 2012. (Use 'em up --- they're the greatest!) Then, you'll get four more for the period March 1, 2012 to Feb. 28, 2013. Each is good for up to 7 days' stay on a paid reservation. They are not valid and there are a very few properties where you cannot use them because they are tiny or don't have suites. (HR Madeleine, Paris and Kyoto come to mind.)

My suite upgrades showed up today

All I see posting are folks who have received their Diamond status....someone tell me I'm not the only one left on the non-Diamond sideline here.

if you are, PM pizza or Tom. Something must be wrong. Did you provide them with a gold passport number when you signed up?

Something doesn't necessarily have to be wrong. It's been 24 hours since folks started getting Diamond status. Pizza said that HY would try their hardest to get everyone Diamond status ASAP (and have membership cards handed out in Chicago) but just because some got it (and those folks are posting) doesn't mean everyone got it yet.

I'm in no Diamond rush, just curious if there were others who still had not been "upgraded". As far as I know I provided all needed info, but you never know.....

I became a Diamond (again) yesterday, complete with the four suite upgrade certs.

I've already applied two: for the Andaz West Hollywood in October and for a business trip in January. Now I need to decide on two others. Such a nice problem to have. Thanks, Hyatt, MP, and SMD3.

Ha ha ha. I had a Hyatt stay last weekend (sans status), so now no rush until the SMD3. I guess I should have qualified that!
