    Lounge hopping around JFK with legalalien until LH lounge opens. Checked out "the lounge" and "oasis" in terminal 4...now onto KAL lounge in T1.

    How are you getting past security? Would think that you would need a boarding pass for a flight leaving from T4.

    Unless you arrived this a.m. in T4.

    Nah, as only 6 people opted to stay, I decided not to. I'm sure they had a good time, though. Just landed at LGA, had a delicious bloody mary, hanging at the RCC till our super blogger gets here and then cabbing it to JFK.

    Anyone know when LH check in opens?

    This morning we're going to head to Deutsches Museum Flugwerft Schleissheim - it's located off of S1 Oberschleibheim stop about 20 min ride and 10 min walk from MUC.

    We're hoping to get there around 10:30 - we'll leave in time to catch the 12:25 S1 to MUC, putting us at T2 just after 12:45.

    In case anyone can join us, I have a group ticket for all trains so up to three can ride with us for free ( you'd still have to buy a ticket for S1 ride there though.

    The lounge itself was Ok. Not nearly as nice as LH Sen or F, but better than Oasis, and with better booze.

    We are coming from Central Munich, but if you wanted to take S1 from the airport every 20 min - there is one at 10:11 that would take 23 min to get to Oberschleißheim. Then you walk south about 1/2 mile or take bus 292 but it doesn't seem too well timed with the trains...
