(US) No Transfer Fee to transfer MR Points to US-based FF programs

    Looks like because of the FAA re-authorization fiasco, AMEX is not currently charging the usual $0.0006 per-point fee on transfers of Membership Rewards points to US-based frequent flyer programs.

    It's not a huge savings but for people wanting to transfer to CO before the September 30 deadline, here's a way to save a few bucks.

    Good call. $60 per 100k. If you are going to do transfers to either CO or DL, this is the weekend to do it. There's no tax to BA (they get you on redeeming!).
