Found smiling whale-shaped cheese crackers in the pretzel/cracker stick snack mix today at the EWR CO PC. I don't remember seeing them in the snack mix last week. Anyone else excited about this? It's the little things.
I was gonna say... I'm sure they're goldfish. I have an enormous box downstairs... they make you thirsty like crazy but they're delicious.
HA! I noticed this at ORD on Friday. They are definitely not goldfish, but rather a knock-off shaped as smiling whales.
No they are whales. SMI/J got a better deal purchasing knock off goldfish crackers. Plus don't forget that they removed all the Pepperidge Farm cookies as part of the "food changes that you will like" change in the RCC. So no way would they have Pepperidge Farm Goldfish.
Actually based on the new CO UA loyalty money-maximizing model, you will have the option of paying some extra money and can jump to the front of line and get access to the platinum fish, regardless of your status.
SMI/J is on record for his disdain for 4 engine planes. He has referred to the 747-400 as fuel sucking pigs and I'd imagine the A380 would fall into that same category.
I also noticed the whales last Sat at LAX. Thought about posting it but figured who'd care about that, right? Speaking of snacks, how do they engineer those snack towers to appear to be a nice mix of crackers, pretzels, et al., but I always end up with a cup of 90% pretzels!?
