When can you buy Trial Preferred through 2/13? And more.....

What's the first date that Trial Preferred will be good through 2/13? Also, there seems to be some uncertainty about whether Trial Preferred can be repeated, maybe a couple of years later. Matthew Bennett says yes, in his newsletter First Class Flyer. If true, how long do you have to wait?

I actually called a couple of days ago on this, was told that August is the cutover and that the website simply hadn't been updated.

In the past it was always July 1. Maybe this has changed for 2011.
