Likewise, members like me that did not receive it via email would like to see it...

thant's the plan, it will go live today. We wanted to give the "welcome to On Point" a single day to get settled in place. But you'll see a number of updates and information in this channel over the next week.

it is my understanding that the email transmission is still ongoing, except if you had checked that you did not want anything from admin.

Actually, we also have a plan for something like that—where I'm rambling on about the industry, milepoint and other musings. Rather than have you all just "Talk To Me", we thought it would be a good idea as well to talk to you. That along with Coupon Connection, ad-free, content re-arrangement, premium levels, forum alignment, new features, wiki content and our never ending quest to be friendly and helpful and to build some great content and Guides here on milepoint. When I step back, it's pretty easy to see (and certainly I know since I've been there) that it is pretty cool what we've all done in two months. in fact, we're farther along in two months than I remember being in the first five years of FlyerTalk. It's a nice combination of being driven by our members and actually trying to build structure not for next week, not for next month and even not for next year, but rather decisions that will last the test of time. It on occasion conflicts with the 'right now' demands of the world of the Internet, but I'd rather not have to go back and redo things later on and certainly a year from now i think our members will appreciate that. From my desk to yours.

I appreciate the view from the inside. :)
If I have pushed hard on questions about the future, criteria for gold status and other items, you can just chalk it up to a strong commitment to the future of MP. :) :)
I am very happy that you are talking to us about the present and the future.
As the Italians toast their compatriots with the cry of Per Cent'anni ! (to a 100 years), I lift my coffee cup to the future of MP.....per cent'anni !!! :D
