New US Destinations
- Flights to Nashville International Airport (BNA) began on April 12, 2025, using the A321XLR with 16 Business and 168 Economy seats.

Aircraft Fleet Highlights
- The A321XLR, delivered in December 2024, is the first of six planned, featuring 184 seats in a two-class layout with full-flat business seats and enhanced cabin comfort.

Aer Lingus Adds Indianapolis As Its Latest Destination
Aer Lingus is the Irish flag carrier. It operates over 100 routes to 62 destinations from Dublin Airport (DUB), Shannon Airport (SNN), and Manchester Airport (MAN). The airline recently announced that Nashville International Airport (BNA) would be added to the route network in April 2025. Now, Aer Lingus has quietly added another US destination to the list with flights to Indianapolis International Airport (IND) beginning in May 2025. Indianapolis (IND) gains transatlantic flights. Aer Lingus’ Snazzy New 757 Business Class
Aer Lingus is an airline which has really stepped up their game over the past few years. Their former CEO was Christoph Mueller, who is now the CEO of Malaysia Airlines (though he’s mysteriously leaving the airline in a few months). Aer Lingus was losing a lot of money before Mueller started there, but under his leadership they underwent some very successful growth. They added several new US destinations, introduced a new business class seat, and invested heavily in their product otherwise as well, adding inflight Wi-Fi, an arrivals lounge in Dublin, pre-flight dining in their US lounges, etc.

Aer Lingus Is Adding Nashville to Its Route Map In April 2025
Aer Lingus is the Irish flag carrier. It operates over 100 routes to 62 destinations from Dublin Airport (DUB), Shannon Airport (SNN), and Manchester Airport (MAN). The airline announced today that Nashville International Airport (BNA) will be its newest destination. Flights between Dublin Airport (DUB) and Nashville International Airport (BNA) will commence on April 12th and run 4x weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Aer Lingus, the Irish flag carrier, is introducing new membership benefits for AerClub members flying with American Airlines and British Airways. The new benefits for AerClub (The Aer Lingus loyalty programme), dependent on tier status, will enjoy exclusive day-of-travel benefits when flying on any of the three airlines, offering a more seamless global travel experience. Benefits are dependent on tier status and airline and include: AerClub members are also awarded Tier Credits and Avios for flights operated by American Airlines and British Airways. It’s membership has grown to 3 million members worldwide and 1 million within Ireland.

Aer Lingus takes delivery of its first Airbus A321XLR
It’s taken some time (and politics), but Aer Lingus has taken delivery of its first Airbus A321XLR. With this delivery, the airline has become the second in the world to operate the A321XLR—with sister International Airlines Group airline Iberia being the first.
