Alaska Atmos Rewards Gold

Alaska Atmos Rewards Gold confers oneworld Sapphire status, which grants access to most oneworld business‑class lounges when traveling on long‑haul international flights, including American Flagship Lounges.
When flying on any oneworld flight that includes travel outside of North America, Gold members can also enter Alaska Lounges, but this access is not available for purely domestic itineraries.

American AAdvantage Emerald

American AAdvantage Emerald provides oneworld Emerald status, giving members entry to oneworld first‑ and business‑class lounges on the same‑day flight in any cabin, but only when the travel is outside of North America.
AAdvantage Emerald holders do not receive Admirals Club access under the rule that only non‑AAdvantage oneworld Emerald members can use Admirals Clubs on American‑operated flights.
The Emerald tier also allows members to bring one guest into the eligible lounges.

In general, airline elite status isn’t quite as valuable as it used to be — upgrades are harder to get, award pricing has been devalued, and many perks have been cut back.
