If you’re looking for the most comfortable spot in KLM’s 787‑10 economy cabin, here’s what the available information tells you.

Economy seat considerations

  • The 787‑10’s economy cabin is arranged nine‑across and offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches, which reviewers found reasonable and generous.
  • Reviewers noted that the flight was fully booked, so every seat was taken, meaning you’ll need to select your seat in advance if you want a specific location.
  • While the sources do not point to a particular seat as the “best” on this aircraft, a related review of another airline’s economy cabin (an A320neo) highlighted exit‑row seats with a 34‑inch pitch as especially roomy for legroom.
  • Applying that insight, you might prioritize any exit‑row or bulkhead seats on the 787‑10 if they are available, as they often provide extra space compared with standard rows. 🔗
  • Otherwise, choosing a window or aisle seat in a standard row will give you the same 32‑inch pitch that most passengers experienced as comfortable during the flight.

TRIP REPORT: BA295 London Heathrow to Chicago O’Hare (WORLD TRAVELLER PLUS) – Springtime Transatlantic Adventures
Time to get into the meat of this trip report, with the first long-haul segment. Was it worth the £314 to upgrade from Economy to Premium Economy, or should I had kept my money in my wallet and flown to Dublin return instead? I headed aboard the waiting Boeing 787-10 and joined the ever-growing queue to board the aircraft. I was welcomed aboard the aircraft and directed down the cabin, with me on the A side of the plane – in some ways not ideal, as you have sunlight as your friend for most of the flight

Review: KLM Business Class Boeing 787-10
To kick off our trip to Europe, we flew KLM business class from Chicago to Amsterdam. While I’ve flown KLM’s business class several times before (including on the A330 and the 787-9), I was excited about this flight because it was operated by a Boeing 787-10. Not only does this plane have a different business class seat than KLM’s other 787s, but it would also only be the second time I flew on the 787-10 (with the other flight being on United). In this post: Our first destination in Europe was Stockholm, and I found great award availability

KLM Business Class Review (Boeing 777, 787-9, and 787-10) “This is not Emirates”
I recently had the pleasure of flying KLM business class on three long haul flights: Vancouver to Amsterdam aboard a Boeing 777; Kuala Lumpur to Amsterdam aboard a Boeing 787-9; and Amsterdam to Chicago aboard a Boeing 787-10. For details about how I booked these flights with airline miles, see this post. Overall, I enjoyed all three flights. KLM doesn’t offer anywhere near the best business class in the sky, but I found the seats comfortable, the service was good, the food was edible, and the in-flight entertainment was decent. On all three flights, seats were in a

11 Hours In KLM 787-10 Business Class…
After an evening flight from Prague and an overnight at the Hyatt Place AMS, it was time for my 11-hour KLM flight from Amsterdam to Los Angeles on the 787-10 in World Business Class. The flight was smooth, comfortable, but a little warm… I’ve reviewed the KLM A330, 777, and 787-9 in business class and also the 787-10 in economy class, but this was my first time flying the 787-10 in business class. At the outset, I am thankful there was no aircraft swap, because the previous day, the AMS-LAX flight was swapped to a 777-300, which may have
