Atmos Rewards points are designed so that they don’t have an expiration date, which makes them a good option for earning miles through shopping even if you don’t fly.
Expiration and Account Activity
- Points do not expire.
- Accounts that have no activity for an extended period may be locked for security reasons.
- If an account is locked, you typically need to contact customer service to verify your identity and reactivate the account, and your points will remain intact.
- Shopping through the Atmos Rewards portal adds points to your balance, and promotions may take up to ten weeks to post, but the transaction date is what counts for the points earned.
