Over 10 years ago these awards savings were limited mainly to domestic flights and some destinations in Canada. And now, they are going away altogether in October. The announcement was added to the July statements of AAdvantage cardholders. Here’s the relevant text: The Reduced Mileage Award benefit associated with your Citi / AAdvantage card will be discontinued as of October 1, 2021. As an AAdvantage member, you can save miles on award travel by booking a Web Special award. Like
